Description

This is a corner terrace house located on Wardour Street in Westminster, dating to around 1820. The building is constructed of stock brick with a concealed roof. It stands four storeys high and features two windows wide, with a slightly recessed rounded corner and a return to Meard Street, which includes a window on its left-hand side. A mid-20th century restaurant frontage occupies the ground floor. The upper floors have recessed sash windows with glazing bars, each set under a flat, gauged arch. A parapet with coping tops the building. The house occupies an important corner site in relation to Meard Street.
