Description

No. 12 Brewer Street is a corner terrace house built around 1750. It is constructed of brown brick and features a slate roof, standing three storeys tall with a dormered mansard. The building is four windows wide, with a four-window return. The ground floor has a mid-20th century shop front, while the upper floors display recessed glazing bar sashes set beneath flat gauged arches. The parapet has been altered and includes coping. Inside, the property retains original features such as a small open well cut string staircase with turned balusters, cornices, and elements of panelling.
