Description

No. 82 Brewer Street is a terrace house built in the 1690s. It features a brown brick exterior and a slate roof, rising three storeys with a dormered attic. The building is two windows wide and has an altered Victorian shop front with a fascia. The upper floors are fitted with flush framed sash windows that have no glazing bars, all set under flat gauged arches. The structure is topped with a parapet that has coping. Notably, it shares a semicircular rainwater head, likely from the late 18th century, with No. 80, contributing to its group value.
