Description

This is a mid-19th century terrace of eight bays, arranged as 1:2:1:1:2:1, located on the southwest side of Randolph Avenue in the City of Westminster. The building is brick faced and stuccoed, with a basement and four storeys. The ground floor features bows containing tripartite sash windows. The first floor has decorative pierced balconies and round-arched sash windows to the porches. Otherwise, the first floor windows are 4-pane sashes within architraves, topped with pediments. A dentil cornice runs along the top of the building. Iron railings are present at the basement level. The building is listed for group value.
