Description

A pair of houses dating from the mid-19th century, located on the north side of Wellington Place. The houses are constructed of brick, with a stucco finish, and have a Welsh slate roof. They are two storeys high, with a basement, and feature two bays each, with recessed entrance bays on either side. Each house has a front door with an overlight. The windows are casements within architraves, each topped with a hood supported on consoles. The upper windows are 16-pane sashes. The window bays project slightly. The roof is hipped and overhangs, with 20th-century dormers and a stack located on the party wall.
