Description
Arvon Court is a pair of houses, now converted into flats, built in the mid-19th century. The buildings are constructed of brick and covered in stucco, standing four storeys tall with a basement. They feature seven bays arranged in a 3:1:3 pattern. The doors, which date from the 20th century, have overlights above them. The windows are sashes with glazing bars, and there are iron balconies on the first-floor casements. Above, there are more sashes with glazing bars, while the central bay has blind windows. A cornice runs along the top, and there are iron railings at the basement level.
