Description
Nos. 34 and 35 Lisle Street are a pair of terrace houses with shops, built around 1791. They are constructed of stock brick and feature slate roofs. The buildings rise three storeys with dormered mansards and each house has two windows across its width. The ground floor retains original flat bowed wooden shop fronts, which include glazed and panelled shop doors, as well as panelled house doors with fanlights to the left. These are framed by pilasters that support an entablature with a dentil cornice. The upper floors have recessed glazing bar sashes set beneath gauged flat arches. There is a sill band on the second floor and a parapet with coping at the top.
