Description

No. 39 Gerrard Street is a terrace house built around 1737, with some early 19th-century alterations. The building is constructed of brown brick, featuring stucco on the ground and first floors, and has a slate roof. It stands four storeys high, including an attic storey, and has a basement. The façade is three windows wide, with the entrance located to the right. The entrance features a wooden doorcase supported by Doric pilasters, a triglyph frieze, and a cornice. The second and third floors have recessed square-headed sash windows, which are set under flat gauged arches.
