Description

This is an early 19th-century villa located on Camberwell Grove. It is constructed of amber brick with a stucco cornice and blocking course, and features low pediments over slightly projecting panels on the outer bays. The villa is two storeys high with a basement, and has three bays. The central entrance is round-headed, with a door set within a round-arched recess framed by panelled pilaster jambs, and a decorative fanlight set within a stucco architrave. The sash windows have glazing bars; those on the ground floor are round-headed with stucco architraves and margin lights, while those on the first floor are flat. A stucco band separates the two floors. The interior has not been inspected.
