Description
This is an early 19th-century villa located on Camberwell Grove. The villa is constructed of amber brick with a low-pitched, hipped slate roof featuring overhanging eaves. It is two storeys high with a basement, laid out with three bays and slightly projecting panels to the outer bays. The central entrance is round-headed, contained within a round-arched recess framed by panelled pilaster jambs and surmounted by a decorative fanlight. Sash windows with glazing bars are set within gauged-brick arches; the ground-floor windows are round-headed, while those on the first floor are slightly cambered. A stucco band runs between the two floors. The interior of the building has not been inspected. The property is accompanied by cast-iron handrails, an area railing, and front railings.
