Description

This is a group of three houses, numbered 91, 93, and 95, located on Camberwell Grove. They were built in 1773 as part of a terrace. The houses are constructed of yellow brick with red brick detailing and have a slate mansard roof with dormers, concealed behind a parapet. Each house has three storeys, a basement, and an attic, with three bays per property. The front doors are six-panel doors, each with a decorative fanlight set within a round-arched opening featuring plain reveals. The sash windows have glazing bars, and those on the first floor are taller, with decorative cast-iron window guards. Flat, gauged-brick arches feature above the windows. The interiors have not been inspected. The houses, along with numbers 91-117 (odd), form a notable group.
