Description

32A and 32B Elm Grove is a detached villa built around 1836. It features a stucco exterior and a low-pitched slate roof that is set behind a cornice and blocking course. The building has two storeys and three bays, presenting a double-fronted façade. The entrance includes a door that is sheltered by an Ionic prostyle porch. A moulded string course runs between the floors and continues across the porch entablature, serving as a cornice. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, have plain reveals, with the ground-floor windows also featuring margin lights. There is a sill string on the first floor. The interior has not been inspected.
