Description

No. 30 Elm Grove is a double-fronted villa built around 1840. It is constructed of yellow brick with a stucco basement, cornice, and blocking course, topped with a pitched slate roof. The building has two storeys and a basement, featuring three bays. The entrance has a stucco doorpiece with pilasters and an entablature, with the door set in a recess. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are adorned with moulded stucco architraves. The ground floor windows are tripartite and have console bracketed cornices and pediments, while the first-floor windows include margin lights. The interior has not been inspected.
