Description

This is a detached villa with a front terrace, built around 1836. The exterior is stuccoed, with a low-pitched slate roof hidden behind a parapet. The house has two storeys and three bays, with a single-storey, one-bay extension to the left. A central, square-headed doorway features a cornice head and overlight. Sash windows with glazing bars are set within plain reveals, and a sill band and moulded string run along the front. An interior inspection has not been carried out.
