Description

This is an early 19th-century villa located on the south side of Vauxhall Grove. It is a double-fronted building of three storeys and a basement, featuring three windows. The exterior is largely yellow stock brick, with a rebuilt parapet. The recessed sash windows are topped with gauged flat brick arches. The ground floor openings are set within round-arched recesses. The central doorway has pilaster-jambs, a fanlight, and panelled doors. A later 19th-century side-entrance extension features an arched doorway.
