Description

This is an early to mid-19th century two-storey, three-bay brick villa located on Roupell Street. The villa has a tall parapet with recessed panels above the windows. Gauged brick flat arches feature above the windows, which have glazing bars. The windows are blank except for the first-floor centre window and the ground-floor left window, which contain sash windows. A central six-panel door is set within a round arched recess, topped with a cornice and a simple fanlight, all under a round gauged brick arch.
