Description

This is an early to mid-19th century corner building on Cornwall Road. It has three windows facing Cornwall Road and three windows on its return to Roupell Street. The building is constructed of stock brick and features a parapet and a rounded corner. The parapet is blank above the windows. The sash windows retain glazed bars, although some are blocked. Gauged flat brick arches are above the windows. The corner shop front has pilasters supporting an entablature that projects over a rounded doorway, though the original shop glazing bars have been removed. On the Roupell Street return, a ground-floor window is set into an elliptical arched recess.
