Description

25 Cornwall Road is an 1820-dated townhouse. It is constructed of stock brick with a stone-coped parapet. The exterior presents three storeys and two windows. Gauged flat brick arches frame sash windows with glazing bars; some of these have been replaced, and the ground-floor window includes external panelled shutters set within an elliptical arched recess. A six-panel door, topped with a cornice and featuring a patterned radial fanlight, is set in a round-arched recess. The interior has not been inspected. The building is designated for its architectural interest as a good example of an early 19th-century townhouse.
