Description

This is a mid-19th century, two-storey, three-window stock brick villa located on Queen Elizabeth's Walk. The villa has a fairly low-pitched hipped slate roof with eaves soffits. It features gauged, shallow segmental brick arches over the first-floor sash windows and the long ground-floor casements. The central entrance has a four-panel door surmounted by a plain rectangular fanlight. A full-width glazed loggia is present, supported by ornamental cast iron and featuring decorative eaves trim. The building is listed principally for its ironwork.
