Description

22 Craigpark is a mid to late 19th-century two-storey villa featuring an L-shaped front. The openings are mostly round-arched or set within round-arched panels, with slim-shafted ingoes at the ground level. The exterior is finished in painted ashlar. The first floor retains original plate-glass sash windows, and there is a bowed bay in the gable on the right side. On the left, a consoled hood is positioned over a bipartite window on the ground floor, with a window above that has a gabled head. The villa has horizontal courses between the levels and is accompanied by a low boundary wall to the street, which includes square gatepiers.
