Description
This is an early to mid-19th century stuccoed house of two storeys with three windows, located on the north side of Harleyford Road. The exterior is finished in stucco with incised lines, and features a parapet above a cornice band. The windows are sash windows with replaced frames, each set within a moulded architrave. A four-panel door, topped with a plain fanlight and set in a moulded architrave, provides access to the property. A canted return is present on the right-hand side of the building.
