Description
39 Harleyford Road is an early 19th-century house that stands three storeys tall with a basement and features two windows. The building is constructed of stock brick, with a parapet that has been partly rebuilt. The basement is finished in stucco. The sash windows have gauged flat brick arches and include glazing bars, while the long first-floor casements are fitted with transoms and adorned with patterned cast iron balconies. Access to the house is via four steps leading to a central door, which consists of two large panels and has a reeded head along with a patterned fanlight above. The property is also complemented by tall cast iron hand and area railings that feature leafy heads and urn finials.
