Early-mid C19 cottage, set at angle to road. Two storeys, 2 windows. Stock brick; stucco plinth, first floor band, frieze, cornice and blocking course. Gauged flat brick arches to replaced sash windows in stucco-lined reveals. Four-panel door with plain fanlight.
