Description
Brixton Lodge is an early to mid-19th century villa that stands two storeys high with a basement. The building features three windows and is constructed of stock brick. It has a low pitched hipped slate roof with wide bracketed eaves. The sash windows are adorned with gauged brick arches, which are segmental on the first floor. The centrally placed front door is topped with a round-headed fanlight and is framed by a porch supported by fluted columns, which is accessed by seven steps. All windows have glazing bars. Originally, the villa faced Brixton Road.
