Description

This is an early to mid-19th century pair of villas located on Lansdowne Gardens. Each villa is two storeys high with a high basement, and features three windows. They are constructed of stock brick with a fairly low-pitched slated roof and eaves soffit. The basement is stuccoed. The windows are sash windows with glazing bars, set within moulded architraves. Console brackets support the cornices on the ground floor. A set of nine steps lead to the entrance door, which consists of two long panels within an entablature surround, topped with a dentil cornice and blocking course.
