House, derelict at time of resurvey. Part of a planned estate built between 1843 and 1850 by John Snell. Italianate style. Built of stock brick with slate fishscale roof with 1 brick chimneystack. 2 storeys, attics and basement 3 windows. 2 gabled dormers with round-headed sashes. 1st floor has window openings with eased architraves and brackets below cills. Glazing bars missing at time of survey. Ground floor has 2 raised-headed blocked windows and central elaborate stuccoed corinthian porch. Included for group Value.
