Description
This is a house located at 62 Burnt Ash Road, built around 1840 to 1850 in the Italianate style. It is constructed of stock brick and features a hipped slate roof with end brick chimney stacks. The house has two storeys and three windows. On the first floor, there are three 12-pane sash windows with horns. The ground floor includes two cambered sashes with moulded architraves. The central doorcase has a cornice but lacks pilasters, and it features a rectangular fanlight above a four-panelled door, with the top two panels being glazed. There is a plinth at the base of the building. Additionally, there is a flat-roofed extension made of stock brick that has a garage door underneath. The rear elevation of the house is stuccoed.
