Description

This is an early to mid-19th century villa located on Lee Road. It is a two-storey building with a basement, originally featuring three windows. The roof is low-pitched and covered in slate, with a visible soffit. The exterior is rendered in stucco. A horizontal band sits beneath the first-floor windows, and a plinth defines the basement. The sash windows are framed by deep, decorative, recessed casings; one window retains its original glazing bars. Later cast iron balconettes have been added to the first-floor windows. A wooden trellis porch with four steps leads to a half-glazed double door, which is topped with a rectangular fanlight. A two-storey, two-window extension is attached to the right, with the right-hand bay being blank. The basement window on the left has been modernized.
