Description
No 14 on Lee Road is a villa built in the second quarter of the 19th century. It is two stories high and has three windows across its front. The building is constructed of yellow stock brick and features a fairly low-pitched slate roof with deep eaves and flat, paired brackets. The central bay is set back and has rebated angles, with gauged near-flat brick arches above the first-floor casements. The ground floor has replaced sash windows with glazing bars. There is a four-panel door beneath a rectangular fanlight, also with glazing bars, located in a prostyle Tuscan porch. To the left, there is a one-story extension, while to the right, there is a two-story extension that includes a garage. Nos 2 to 18 (even) form a group with this property.
