  1. Early C19 stock brick small villa with alterations. 2 storeys and basement, 3 windms. Centre Bay under low pitched nipped slate roof with deep eaves soffit broken by full height stuccoed canted bay. Side sections have parapets. Left section was once the stable but now incorporated in house. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars. Ground floor left tripartite window has moulded stucco architrave and cornice on console brackets. Wood porch at right has columns with feather capitals. 6 panel door, with patterned fanlight, in round gauged brick arch. Inside original hall cornice and graceful curved stair. 1 storey garage extension at left.

No 10 forecourt wall, railing and gates to No 10, No 12 and forecourt wall and No 14 form a group.
