Description

This is a late 19th-century cattle trough located on Church Road. It is made of granite and has a rectangular shape with a chamfered base supported by two granite supports. One end features an ogee-shaped granite gable with a semi-circular bowl attached. There is an inscription that reads 'Metropolitan Drinking Fountain and Cattle Trough Association', and a dog trough is positioned below.
