Description

No. 106 Lansdowne Way is a mid-19th century tall villa that stands three storeys high with a basement and features three windows. The building is constructed of stock brick, with a stuccoed basement and a slated roof. It has moulded architraves around the sash windows, which are eared on the upper floors and have console bracketed cornices below. The ground floor is adorned with patterned cast iron guards. Access to the villa is via nine steps leading to a modern door, which is set in a moulded architrave and is sheltered by a swept hood with bargeboards supported by wooden posts.
