Description
No. 101 Lansdowne Way is an early to mid-19th century building that stands two storeys high and features four windows. It is constructed of stock brick and has a stucco frieze, cornice, and blocking course. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat brick arches and set in stucco-lined reveals. Notably, in the second bay from the right, there is a four-panel door with a rectangular fanlight, which is well recessed behind a stuccoed panel adorned with a cornice supported by console brackets.
