Description
All Saints and St Barnabas' Church Hall forebuilding is an early to mid-19th century house that stands two storeys high with a basement and features three windows. The building is constructed of stock brick, with a stucco basement, a frieze cornice, and a blocking course. It has a slated roof that includes three large dormers added later. The sash windows, which have glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat brick arches. On the ground floor, the windows are set in segment-arched recesses with stuccoed impost blocks. The building has rebated angles and a narrower central bay. There is also a late 19th-century enclosed projecting porch. Despite some alterations, the building is recognized for its quality.
