Description
108 and 110 Lansdowne Way is a mid-19th century pair of houses, each two storeys and a basement, featuring two windows. The outer bay of each house is slightly set back. They are constructed of stock brick, with a stuccoed basement that has incised lines. The main block has pilasters at the corners and paired in the centre, with stuccoed capitals that support a stuccoed frieze below the eaves of a moderately low pitched hipped slate roof. The houses have sash windows with glazing bars; the first-floor windows have eared moulded architraves, while the ground floor features plain architraves with console bracketed cornices and ornamental cast iron guards. There are eight steps leading up to a half-glazed four-panel door with a rectangular fanlight, situated in a prostyle Doric porch.
