Description

This is an early 19th-century two-storey, three-window villa with a later, two-storey, one-bay addition on the left side. The villa is stuccoed with incised lines. It has a low-pitched slate roof with an eaves soffit and a parapet front, with a tiled roof in the left bay. The windows are replaced sash windows. The front door consists of six fielded panels, a cornice head, and a patterned fanlight. A wood trellised loggia with a swept lead roof and wreaths in the frieze has been added.
