Description
No. 60 Brixton Water Lane is an early to mid-19th century villa that is two storeys high and has three windows. The building is finished in stucco and features a fairly low-pitched pyramidal slated roof. On the left side, there is an additional two-bay section with a separate low-pitched roof, which includes paired garage doors on the ground floor. To the right, there is a one-bay extension that has a roofed parapet. The villa has 19th-century casement windows, with those on the ground floor featuring transoms. The entrance includes a four-panel door topped by a rectangular fanlight. A full-width loggia with a swept lead roof adds to the architectural character of the property.
