Description

Nos 91 and 93 on Effra Road, built in the early 19th century, are three-storey buildings featuring five windows. They are constructed of stock brick and have a stucco frieze, a modillion cornice, and a blocking course. The sash windows, which include glazing bars, are topped with gauged flat brick arches. The central window on the first floor is distinguished by a moulded architrave, a swell frieze, and a dentil cornice. The ground floor is framed by stucco pilasters and an entablature, showcasing wide modern small-panel bow windows that alternate with the original windows and door on the right.
