EFFRA ROAD SW2 1. (east side) 5023 Nos 91 and 93 TQ 3174 23/365

Early C19 building of 3 storeys, 5 windows. Stock brick with stucco frieze, modillion cornice and blocking course. Gauged flat brick arches to sash windows with glazing bars. First floor centre window has moulded architrave, swell frieze and dentil cornice. Ground floor, framed in stucco pilasters and entablature, has wide modern small-panel bow windows alternating with original windows and door at right.
