Early C19 small villa of 2 storeys, 3 windows. Stock brick. Low -pitched hipped slate roof with end chimneys, eaves soffit. Gauged brick arches and stone cills to sash windows with glazing bars, those on ground floor in round-arched recesses with stone impost blocks. Central 6-panel door with fluted quadrant pilasters, cornice head and plain fanlight in similar recess.
