Description

27 Cowley Road is an early to mid-19th century building that stands two stories high and features two windows. The entrance is located on the right side, which has two bays. The building is constructed of stock brick and includes a stucco frieze, cornice, and blocking course, along with a high plinth. The sash windows have flat stucco surrounds and glazing bars on the first floor, with bracketed cills. The ground floor windows are round-arched and have moulded architraves on imposts. The entrance features a five-panel door topped with a rectangular fanlight. This building is included for its group value.
