Description

No. 112 on Brixton Road is an early to mid-19th century small villa that stands two storeys high with a basement and features three windows. The building is constructed of stock brick and has a fairly low-pitched hipped roof covered with slate. The sash windows are adorned with gauged brick arches, with the ground floor windows being elliptical-headed and set within elliptical-arched recesses. Access to the front door is via seven steps, which are flanked by fluted quadrant pilasters. The door is topped with a cornice head and a patterned fanlight, all situated in a round-arched recess.
