Description

No. 651 on Hertford Road is an early 19th-century, two-storey, three-bay villa. It features a low-pitched, hipped slate roof with deep eaves. The building is constructed of stock brick and has gauged brick arches above the ground floor windows, while the doorway and arched recesses for the door and windows are rounded. The recessed sash windows have glazing bars and are set in stucco-lined reveals, except for the centre window on the first floor, which has modern plate glass. The entrance includes a modern glazed door topped with a mutule cornice hood and a blocked fanlight.
