Description

No. 116 on Coventry Road is an early 19th-century villa. It is constructed of stucco and features a low-pitched roof that is hidden behind a parapet, with a cornice in the center and a blocking course over the cornice at the sides. The building has two storeys and contains four sash windows set within reveals that have glazing bars. The ground floor is adorned with a frieze decorated with wreaths and a cornice, and there is a central two-window bay flanked by pairs of Doric pilasters. To the right, there is a recessed wing with an open ground floor.
