Description
The Millwright's Arms Public House is a two-storey plus attic timber-framed building that likely dates back to the 16th century. It features two flush gabled dormers with early leaded lights. The lowest storey consists of heavy timber framing, although two modern projecting bay windows have been added. The upper storey is made of square timber framing and is jettied, showcasing floor joists with moulded ends. The building has a picturesque roof covered with old tiles. The Millwright's Arms, along with Nos 65, 67, and 69, forms a cohesive group.
