Description
No. 32 is a detached house built in 1862, located in Holland Park. The building is constructed of stucco and features three storeys, an attic, and a basement. It is three bays wide with a symmetrical design of 1:1:1. The ground floor has channelling, and there are steps leading up to the central entrance, which is flanked by Doric half columns. On either side of the entrance, there are two-storey canted bay windows with Corinthian pilasters on the upper storey. The outer windows on the second floor also have pilasters. A small balustraded balcony is situated above the central window, and there is a rich cornice along the top of the building. The balustraded parapet includes three dormers, with the outer two being remodelled and having chimney outlets. Additionally, there are cast iron balconies on the ground floor.
