Description
No. 2 Belitha Villas is a detached villa built around 1830. It is constructed of stock brick with stucco decorations and features low-pitched slate roofs, showcasing a simple Italianate style. The villa has three storeys above a basement and a two-window range with 6/6 sash windows. The basement and ground floor are stuccoed, and the window architraves and quoins are also finished in stucco above. There is a bow window on the west side and a porch with a Tuscan doorcase on the east side. The eaves are simply designed in wood.
