Description

Belitha Villas comprises three terraced houses, likely dating to around 1820. The houses are constructed of darkened yellow stock brick in a Flemish bond pattern, with stucco applied to the basement, ground floor, and cornice, all topped by a parapet; a brick party-wall contains the stacks.

The houses have a side-hall entrance leading to the staircase. They are three storeys high, with a basement, and each has two windows. The basement and ground floor are rusticated with stucco, featuring a simple band above the first floor. The ground floor includes an elliptical arched window with intersecting Gothic-style lights. Steps lead to a round-arched doorway framed by pilaster-jambs supporting a corniced head, a patterned fanlight, and an elaborate two-panelled door. The upper floors feature gauged-brick flat arches over recessed sash windows with original glazing bars. Cast iron railings front a garden wall.
