Description

A pair of semi-detached villas dating from around 1830. The basement is built of stock brick, while the ground floor is stuccoed. The roof is low-pitched and covered in slate and tile, with a central ridge stack and two small dormers. The design is in a simple, plain classical style, with channelled stucco work on the ground floor. The villas are two storeys high, with an attic over a basement, and feature 6/6 sash windows. The door surrounds are simple and incorporate panelled doors with overlights. Cast-iron window-box holders, decorated with anthemion ornament, are present on both the ground and first floor windows.
