Description

12, Grange Grove is a villa dating from the 1840s. Constructed of stock brick over a raised rendered basement, it has a hipped slate roof with deep eaves and chimney stacks. The two-storey building has a three-window front. A flight of steps leads to a central six-panel door with a square over-light, situated beneath a projecting rendered porch supported by square pilasters and an entablature. The ground and first floors feature six-over-six sash windows with gauged brick heads.
