The Lindens is a villa built around 1850-1860. It features gault brick construction and a hipped slate roof with cut-brick bracketed eaves cornice. The building has end stacks and is designed in a double pile layout. There are flat arches above three recessed four-pane hung sashes. The central doorway is set within a double recessed semi-circular headed arch, resting on stone impost blocks that are inscribed with "The Lindens."
